Last week I decided to try out Amplify, a newish service where you can share (or Amplify) things from around the web or just share your own thoughts on the website and push it out to many other services (including Posterous). It is pretty similar to Posterous in those respects, but personally find it to be easier to share things using it. It does still need some work, but they are making improvements everyday.
